The Rittal booth at the 2016 Hannover Fair hosted President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on their opening tour of the Fair yesterday. The President and Chancellor were able to speak with owner and CEO, Dr. Friedhelm Loh, and discuss Rittal’s innovative technology. The President and Chancellor Merkel were impressed by the new Blue e+ Cooling Units and their energy efficiency.
Gregg Holst, President of Rittal North America was also in attendance and remarked, “We were honored to host the President and have the opportunity to showcase our newest technology to him,” “Technology innovation certainly is important to America’s ability to remain at the forefront of global manufacturing capabilities. We were excited to share our story with him about how Rittal products make a real contribution to American manufacturing’s competitive advantage.”
